About the Role
A leading Lloyd's Broker is seeking a talented Binding Authority Team Leader Manager to join their dynamic team. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement with only 3 days of office attendance per month.
Key Responsibilities
Effective day to day management of the team
Provide effective and training and development where necessary
Checking formal documents for accuracy prior to processing and issuance of formal documentation to clients and markets
Submitting Policy documentation to signing offices where applicable (both bureaux and non-bureaux)
Processing of transactional via Internal processing system XIS Submissions and query resolutions
Knowledge of relevant Binding Authority systems (DCOM, DDM)
Key Skills & Experience
The client is seeking someone with strong knowledge of Binding Authority processes and systems, excellent leadership and communication skills, an ability to manage a team effectively with a detail-oriented and organised approach.
